Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Field Superintendent in Salt Lake City to lead daily on-site operations, ensuring safety, scheduling, and quality construction. You will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and inspectors to keep projects on track and within standards.

The role requires 7+ years in related construction, including commercial and multi-family, with strong leadership and communication skills. A focus on modern project tools and best practices will drive successful turnover.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience.
• Commercial and multi-family experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
• Understand construction scheduling and sequencing, and cost control.
• Excellent communication with project team, customers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors and employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site operations with focus on safety, scheduling, logistics and high construction standards.
• Provide regular updates on project progress in meetings and written documentation.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to improve project execution.
• Manage and supervise all on-site personnel and subcontractor/vendor coordination.
• Partner with project team from planning to turnover for cohesive execution.
• Optimize allocation of labor, materials, and equipment for efficiency.
• Act as primary liaison with municipal inspectors and coordinate inspections.
