Job summary

CAA ICON is seeking a Project Field Manager to provide full-time onsite representation for the project team, based in Houston, TX. You will work in the project office and onsite, coordinating with the Project Director and Project Executive to manage environmental, geotechnical, survey, and testing contracts and ensure alignment with the project schedule.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in construction, a related degree, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in construction or related services.
• AS or BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related degree preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera P6, and MS Project.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills; self-starter with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time onsite representation for the project team.
• Report directly to the Project Director and work with Project Executive.
• Manage onsite activities of Owner/Developer contracts (Environmental, Geotechnical, Survey, Materials Testing, Inspections).
• Monitor project schedule and progress; troubleshoot and ensure proper sequencing.
• Review RFIs, submittals, and procurement logs; coordinate with stakeholders to keep work on schedule.
