Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to coordinate cross-functional activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of customer and internal visits to the Innovation Center in San Diego.
• Coordinate on-site visits, including scheduling, travel, lodging, meals, and itineraries.
• Provide on-site logistics and support during events and trainings.
• Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Sunshine Act, Stark Law and relevant policies.
