This role supports PMO, events, and training initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely, impactful outcomes. The position involves planning large events, developing content and marketing materials, and driving corporate communications strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting PMO or project-management teams.
• Ability to plan large events and coordinate logistics.
• Proven skills in creating content and communications.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and suppliers.
• Strong collaboration across departments and teams.

Responsabilités

• Developed and oversee PMO Coordinator Assistant and other staff per guidelines.
• Plan departmental meetings, conferences, workshops, and networking events; monitor timelines.
• Plan events including venue, menu, seating, decor; assist with design of marketing materials and speaker coordination.
• Publicize events, manage invitations and RSVP, analyze feedback; 30+ events yearly.
• Oversee departmental training: launches, communications, content consistency, delivery tracking, proposals, reports, supplies, welcome packages, certificates.
• Develop content materials, proposals, press releases, and web content.
• Develop and manage corporate communications plan for uniform content.
• Sourcing and negotiating with vendors for marketing materials.
• Lead marketing plans and SOWs.
• Launch and track global engineering conventions and training.
