Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent technical training.
• 4+ years of construction engineering experience.
• Bridge experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate, and manage onsite construction engineering activities.
• Manage project engineering staff and related functions.
• Ensure activities comply with company and contract requirements; support the construction schedule.
• Develop, implement, and administer project engineering procedures and submittal processes.
• Represent the company in client and project management meetings.
• Coordinate with on-site departments to resolve issues and maintain schedule.
