Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Project Engineer (PE) to be the on-site expert for submittals, RFIs, and project documents. You will coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants, ensuring timely distribution and reporting of information to stakeholders.

The role includes participating in the Project Engineer Academy, field safety walks, and ongoing development within the project management division.

Formación

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• Prior internship experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of construction including schedule logic, budgets and project documentation.
• Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
• OSHA 10 Hour and OSHA 30 preferred.
• Additional experience may include cost management software (Timberline, Sage preferred), scheduling software (Primavera P6 preferred) and construction management software (Procore preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Document Control – Ensure timely and accurate management of all project documentation.
• Distribute all design changes/updates to the entire project team and all subcontractors.
• RFIs: Prepare and submit requests for information to the design team and distribute all responses to the appropriate parties.
• Submittals: Create and manage the submittal log for the project and obtain required submittals from subcontractors.
• Safety Documentation: Upload subcontractor safety documentation to Procore and track missing paperwork.
• Enrollment and compliance tracking of subcontractor insurance certificates.
• Field Reporting: Track and report field activities to related parties.
• Punch List: Upload and distribute the punch list through Procore and coordinate completion.
• Observations and Field Reports: conduct field walks and document findings.
• Safety: perform regular safety walks with field and safety staff.
• Photos: track project progress with site photos and upload to Procore.
• Material Delivery: manage delivery dates and maintain material delivery log.
• Communicate delays and long lead item impacts to the project team.
• Material verification on-site and ensure correct materials received.
• Project Meetings: generate agendas and distribute minutes.
• Collaboration: interface with client and design team; build stakeholder relationships.
