Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Project Engineer (PE) to manage critical project information on-site, coordinating with subcontractors, vendors and consultants. You will oversee submittals, RFIs, safety documentation and drawing updates within Procore and related systems.

You will participate in a year-long Project Engineer Academy, building industry knowledge and a professional network, while supporting field operations and reporting to Senior Project Manager/Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• Prior internship experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of construction including schedule logic, budgets and project documentation.
• Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
• OSHA 10/30 preferred.
• Experience with construction management software is a plus (Procore preferred).

Responsibilities

• Document control: manage and distribute project docs.
• Prepare and distribute RFIs and responses.
• Create and manage submittal log; review for specs compliance.
• Ensure safety documentation is uploaded and tracked.
• Maintain material delivery logs and procurement contacts.
• Support project meetings; update agendas and distribute minutes.
• Coordinate with client/design team and subcontractors on progress.
