Consigli Construction 1 seeks a Project Engineer (PE) to manage critical project information, coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants, and monitor submittals, RFIs, and safety documentation on-site. The PE will participate in a year-long Project Engineer Academy to gain industry knowledge and network within Consigli.

The role focuses on conveying timely updates to stakeholders, maintaining accurate logs, and ensuring project documentation aligns with design plans and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Basic understanding of construction including schedule logic, budgets and project documentation.

Responsabilités

• Document Control: manage all project documentation.
• RFIs: prepare and distribute information to the design team.
• Submittals: create and manage the submittal log for the project.
• Safety Documentation: upload subcontractor safety docs to Procore.
• Material delivery: maintain delivery logs and verify on-site materials.
• Project meetings: generate agendas and distribute minutes.
