Job summary

Valdeseng in Pennsylvania seeks a construction management professional to support field execution on large projects. Qualifications

• Construction Management degree (B.S) or related Engineering degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in related field with large complex projects.
• Experience with large complex projects that include internal/external and labor/non-labor cost components.
• Experience building or managing heavy industrial work.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business reports and manuals.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support project execution through field assignment and schedule monitoring.
• Oversee performance against contract scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Monitor contract performance to ensure milestones are met.
• Assist on-site construction management and field execution.
• Inspect sites for conformance to plans, specs, and safety standards.
• Prepare reports, plans, and designs as necessary.
• Maintain monthly schedules with the construction manager or scheduler.
• Track costs, prepare budgets, and review progress billings.
• Prepare cost and cash flow projections and manage invoices.
• Coordinate with Lead Project Manager on change orders and claims.
• Maintain project correspondence files and meeting minutes.
• Assist in development of executive update presentations and project reviews.
• Draft RFIs and NCR responses.
• Support logistics with material inventories.
• Assist daily project activities (procurement, documents, lessons learned).
