Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in related field.
• Experience with large complex projects with internal/external and labor/non-labor cost components.
• Experience building combined cycle or simple cycle power plants.
• Experience building or managing heavy industrial work.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information to groups of managers, clients, and customers.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Report to base of operation with field assignment at least 5 days per week to support the project.
• Support the project with fluctuating working hours to meet timelines.
• Provide oversight and determine contract adherence for performance, cost, scope, schedule, and quality.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure milestones are met.
• Support on-site construction management for field execution.
• Inspect sites to ensure conformance to plans, specs, and safety standards.
• Prepare reports, plans, environmental studies, and designs as necessary.
• Maintain project schedules with the construction manager or scheduler.
• Verify and report cost and income for work performed.
• Review, approve, and submit progress billings.
• Analyze and monitor job costs; manage production budget.
• Prepare and audit monthly cost, income, and cash flow projections.
• Execute and approve invoices; coordinate change orders and claims.
• Assist in logistics and procurement activities; support daily PM tasks.
