• Track timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Maintain project plans, minutes, and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, decisions, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and progress summaries.
• Identify risks and help implement mitigation plans.
