Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of assigned projects under the guidance of the Project Manager.
• Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain meeting notes, reports, and action item logs.
• Serve as liaison between team members, stakeholders, and departments to ensure alignment of goals.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings and follow up on action items.
• Create and manage project documentation, status reports, and tracking sheets.
• Utilize project management tools to monitor progress and performance.
• Identify risks and escalate issues; assist in mitigation planning.
• Track resources and assist with procurement of project-related resources.
• Monitor KPIs and provide updates and process improvement recommendations.
