Champion Homes in Athens, TX is seeking a Project Coordinator to guide customers through the delivery of their new home. You will work with the General Manager and corporate operations to coordinate orders, scheduling, financing, and documentation.

This in-person role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. Bonus opportunities begin after the first full month, with potential to increase earnings through performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process orders and coordinate fulfillment with factory, shipping, and scheduling.
• Liaise with lenders to facilitate loans and clear conditions.
• Check purchase agreements for accuracy and report issues to management.
• Provide customer service and follow-up, keeping customers informed.
• Support the General Manager and Sales Staff with clerical tasks.
• Process invoices and maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate deliveries and route constraints for homes.
