Responsibilities

• Process orders and coordinate order fulfillment; liaise to the factory, shipping, scheduling, titling, servicing, and payment collections.
• Work with lenders to facilitate the loan process and clear conditions.
• Check purchase agreements for accuracy and obtain missing documentation.
• Provide customer service and follow-up, ensuring the customer is informed at every step.
• Provide clerical support to the General Manager and Sales Staff.
• Process receipts and make bank deposits.
• Obtain multiple freight quotes prior to transporting a home and coordinate deliveries.
