Job summary

BLOX is seeking an Assistant Project Manager – Entry Level to provide onsite leadership and support for BLOX projects. You will assist project managers and the director of construction, manage client relations, and coordinate design, engineering, and operations across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and strong problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to RFPs and prepare conceptual estimates.
• Monitor design documents and provide constructability input.
• Help prepare detailed estimates, proposals and contracts.
• Manage information flow between client and internal team.
• Coordinate with design, engineering and operations staff.
• Plan and schedule installation with the customer to meet expectations.
• Communicate BLOX inspection/regulatory processes to AHJs in multiple states.
• Maintain positive client relations and timely reporting.
• Support project close-out tasks and handling warranty work.
