Job summary

BLOX is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager I to support end-to-end project execution within our Design Manufacture Construct delivery model. The APM I blends office coordination with onsite field support, shifting between phases as needed.

As a member of BLOX's Program Management Group, you will maintain schedules, track logs, manage drawings and submittals, participate in meetings, and help with closeout and site documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in construction, manufacturing, or project management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel and scheduling platforms (MS Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet).
• Ability to travel 25–50% depending on project phase.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program schedules and enterprise coordination artifacts.
• Maintain Buyout Logs for Manufacturing and Subcontractors; update status and flag slippage.
• Capture Quality Feedback Loop inputs and track corrective actions through closure.
• Assist in FKOP transfer and module custody transfer documentation.
• Organize and route project information — drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, and change directives.
• Provide onsite support during module set, punch, and other key milestones.
• Maintain accurate onsite documentation: daily logs, photos, and issue tracking.
