Job summary

Knobelsdorff Enterprises in Eagan, MN seeks a project coordinator/PM assistant to join a fast-paced team dedicated to automation, electrical, energy and power services. You will analyze scopes, review contracts, manage budgets, and collaborate with vendors to source materials and streamline project delivery.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience, a degree in project management, and proficiency with Procore and Viewpoint.

Qualifications

2 years of experience in project coordination or construction management.
Familiarity with permitting, procurement, and subcontractor communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore and Viewpoint preferred.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Attend project meetings and analyze scopes with the project team.
Review contracts post-handoff to extract detailed scopes for each phase.
Draft and submit change requests under Project Manager guidance.
Create and manage projects in Procore and Viewpoint, uploading documents and reviewing budgets.
Communicate with vendors and assist procurement with sourcing.
Assist with budget administration, forecasting and performance evaluation.
