Job summary

Superior Construction seeks an administrative professional to support project staff at designated work sites and offices. You will prepare submittals, pay apps, UONs, PTWs, and daily reports, while managing the office and coordinating meetings. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Role requires a high school diploma or GED, construction experience preferred, and a valid state driver’s license. Office-based with occasional travel to local sites.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • AA/BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Construction industry experience preferred.
  • Viewpoint experience a plus.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit project submittals with specifications and contract requirements.
  • Prepare monthly pay applications and supporting documents.
  • Submit Utility Outage Notifications (UONs) and Hot Work Permits.
  • Submit weekly Permits to Work (PTWs) and Daily Work Notifications.
  • Process OnBase invoices and review delivery tickets.
  • Schedule flagmen for train access areas and track on-site activities.
  • Prepare and review daily project reports for the owner.
  • Perform general office management, route documents, coordinate meetings and greet visitors.
