Job summary

Ardmore Roderick is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to support client-site infrastructure projects in Florida. You will develop schedules, perform cost estimates, and provide dashboards for PMO leadership, enabling rigorous planning and control.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years of project controls experience, with proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, and Microsoft Office. On-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in project controls, scheduling and cost estimating.
• Experience on maritime, wharf, harbor or port infrastructure projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, including WBS development and critical path analysis.
• Provide integrated scheduling and cost estimating support for the client’s capital program.
• Prepare project controls reports, dashboards and performance metrics for PMO leadership.
• Coordinate with project teams to align estimates and schedules with operational constraints.
