Modular Genius Inc. is seeking a Project Controls and Operations Coordinator to support project administration from preconstruction through contract completion.

The role focuses on maintaining documentation, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring data integrity across HubSpot, Procore, and Sage. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in construction administration, proficiency with Procore and Sage, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in construction administration or project coordination.
• Experience with Procore and Sage is required.
• Proficiency in HubSpot (helpful)
• Familiarity with construction contracts, change orders, and AIA documents
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Preconstruction and Project Management teams.
• Support Purchasing, Business Development, and accounting to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Maintain accurate and complete project documentation across systems (HubSpot, Procore, Sage).
• Manage insurance, bonding, and compliance documentation during proposal development and contract stages.
• Create and maintain project reports and cost/change management records.
• Coordinate with Legal, Business Development, and Project Managers to ensure documentation and compliance.
