Linesight, a global project and cost management consultancy, seeks a Project Controls Manager in Cheyenne, WY. You will lead cost control, scheduling and estimating, assess bids, and help ensure best value for clients on complex developments.

You will be an onsite leader, manage priorities with clients and teams, and drive risk management and reporting. We value clear communication, collaboration, and a proactive approach to project delivery. Interviews can be in person or virtual with video.

Qualifications

• This role requires proven experience in project controls, including cost control, scheduling, and estimating.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic client-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess bids, change notices, and costs to ensure best value for clients.
• Assist in preparing client funding documents.
• Be a visible onsite leader, assessing engineer and contractor progress.
• Create and manage cost forecasts for key client developments.
• Negotiate pricing agreements with external partners.
• Manage project schedules and report schedule exceptions.
• Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate reviews.
• Lead risk management efforts and reviews.
• Support final reconciliation of contracts and purchase orders.
• Provide monthly executive and project status updates.
