Job summary

Bridger Pipeline LLC seeks a Project Control Director to lead controls across major pipeline and facilities projects. This full‑time, hybrid role is based in Casper, WY, with on‑site work required in Casper.

You will direct governance for cost, schedule, risk and change, mentor diverse teams, and deliver executive dashboards and forecasts to inform strategic decisions in a safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management or engineering with 15+ years of project controls experience.
• Experience leading large project controls organizations and strong risk management knowledge.
• English fluency and ability to interact with executives and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for project controls across pipeline and facilities projects.
• Establish governance for cost, schedule, risk, change, progress and performance management.
• Lead multidisciplinary project controls teams and mentor functional leaders.
• Deliver executive dashboards, forecasts and decision-quality reporting.
• Oversee earned value, trends, productivity and contingency management.
• Manage interfaces with owners, JV partners, contractors and executive stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project controls.
• Champion implementation of Oracle Primavera Cloud, TILOS, Oracle ERP and Networld ERP.
