• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related education with project coordination experience.
• Minimum 2 years coordinating technical projects or related activities.
• Familiarity with systems engineering, cybersecurity, OT, CI, or related R&D.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical projects across multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and status reports.
• Support planning activities, including scope, resourcing, risk, and dependencies.
• Facilitate communication among staff, sponsors, and external stakeholders.
• Track progress and help resolve schedule/resource challenges.
• Document outcomes from meetings and sponsor engagements.
• Assist in budgets, funding, and contract-related activities as applicable.
• Prepare technical reports and briefings for stakeholders.
