Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business, engineering, CS, cybersecurity, information systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating technical projects, programs, or related activities.
  • Familiarity with systems engineering, cybersecurity, cyber-physical systems, OT, CI or R&D.
  • Ability to manage project schedules, deliverables, action items, and documentation.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (MS Office, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearances; U.S. citizen for clearance.
  • On-site work is required (minimum 3 days/week).
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • PM certifications (PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum) preferred.
  • Experience with federal government/public sector programs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate technical projects across multidisciplinary teams for critical infrastructure protection.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and status reports.
  • Support project planning activities, including scope definition, resource coordination, risk identification, and dependency management.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among technical staff, project leaders, sponsors, and external stakeholders.
  • Track project progress and resolve schedule, resource, and execution challenges to meet objectives.
  • Organize technical meetings, working groups, workshops, and sponsor engagements with documented outcomes.
  • Prepare project documentation, technical reports, presentations, briefings, and artifacts.
  • Monitor budgets, funding allocations, and contract-related activities as applicable.
  • Collect, analyze, and communicate project performance metrics for decision-making.
  • Coordinate configuration management, document control, and information-sharing across teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, tools, and workflows.
  • Ensure activities comply with policies, quality standards, and sponsor requirements.
