Job summary

The University of Cincinnati College of Arts and Sciences is hiring a full-time Program Coordinator for Online Programs. The coordinator will serve as the primary administrative contact for our online offerings and support the college's online degree portfolio.

A combination of independence and collaboration will drive program success. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of program coordination experience; 5 years of related work can substitute for education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required for the role.
• One year of program coordination experience.
• Five years of relevant work experience can substitute for education.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including Canvas, Microsoft Office, and database software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative support of online program initiatives.
• Develop program objectives and monitor progress toward objectives.
• Develop, administer, and analyze assessment/evaluation questionnaires and compile reports.
• Serve as a liaison between the college and UC Online.
• May conduct research to develop grant proposals and new program ideas.
