Job summary

University of Cincinnati invites applications for a full-time Program Coordinator for Online Programs in the College of Arts and Sciences. The role serves as the primary administrative contact for online programs, supporting the college's online degree portfolio and UC Online.

The ideal candidate will design, coordinate, and assess programs, maintain data, communicate with stakeholders, and work collaboratively within a cross-disciplinary team while solving problems independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience may substitute education.
• Experience in administrative support.
• Experience in an academic setting preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, databases and Canvas.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative support of online program initiatives.
• Develop program objectives and monitor data on progress toward objectives.
• Develop and analyze assessment/evaluation questionnaires; compile statistics and reports.
• Serve as a liaison between the college and UC Online.
• Support grant proposals and new program ideas; conduct literature research as needed.
• Perform related duties as required by the department.
