Job summary

RTX, the world’s leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Program Management, Planning, and Scheduling professional for onsite work in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on creating and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across programs, ensuring government requirements, and driving schedule performance.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of scheduling experience with MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field of study.
• Minimum of 2 years of Program Planning, Scheduling or Project Management experience.
• Experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry related schedules (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, Project Server or similar).

Responsibilities

• Onsite support to the development and maintenance of program IMS in MS Project.
• Detail plan and maintain IMS throughout program lifecycle with contractual changes.
• Ensure IMS compliance with government customer requirements.
• Ensure IMS is resource loaded with target budgets and cost/schedule integration.
• Conduct detailed IMS analyses and communicate schedule status and variances.
• Support EAC and LRE processes related to schedule performance.
• Develop and maintain Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional.
