Job summary

Raytheon, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Senior Program Quality & Mission Assurance Engineer for the Naval Power – Radar Sensor Systems team in Plano, TX. Onsite role requiring active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities include interfacing with customers and IPTs to ensure product quality, leading root cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions. Travel to Raytheon facilities and customers is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001/AS9100) and related audits.
• Proven ability to lead failure analyses and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Interface with program quality teams, customers, and IPTs to ensure quality and contractual compliance.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions with closed-loop controls.
• Coordinate APQP/PPAP activities and support audits, including AS9100.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement quality improvement strategies.
