Raytheon in Massachusetts seeks a Patriot Program Quality Lead Senior Analyst (PQL) to support Global Patriot quality efforts at the Tewksbury, MA site. The role emphasizes strong quality mindset, collaboration with Engineering, Global Supply Chain, and Operations, and interface with customers and suppliers.

The candidate will implement quality and mission assurance requirements, drive APQP, and lead RCCA activities across multiple stakeholders in pursuit of product quality and cost performance.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in quality, engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Interface with program quality teams, customers, and IPTs to ensure quality and financial performance.
• Review contract requirements to meet customer needs and uphold Raytheon procedures.
• Lead RCCA activities and drive APQP implementation across programs.
• Collaborate with program leadership, engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure mission assurance.
• Promote continuous improvement and implement quality processes to reduce lifecycle cost and risk.
