Job summary

Austin Community College in Rockville, Maryland, is seeking a Program Manager to optimize business results and customer experience by leading real property projects, budgeting support, reporting, and strategic actions. This is not an entry level role and requires coordinating with RPMS leadership to meet deadlines.

You will collaborate with RPMS Branch Chiefs and other stakeholders to advance projects, improve efficiency, and enhance service quality across the program while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Must have one year of specialized experience at GS-13 level or equivalent in the Federal service.
• Experience providing leadership and direction to staff in real property or facilities management.
• Experience initiating, managing, planning, scheduling, and implementing construction projects of varying complexity.
• Experience coordinating with senior management and program managers to provide effective solutions.
• Experience advising senior management on new procedures to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support real property projects including RPMS budgeting, auditing, reporting for business line and RPMS administrative tasks.
• Contribute information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare action plans and implement project plans; assess quality and customer service standards.
• Collaborate with RPMS Branch Chiefs, ASA components, PSC and RLO to support RPMS Director and complete administrative and financial tasks.
• Enhance RPMS and the organization’s reputation by fulfilling diverse requests and seeking opportunities to add value to job accomplishments and customer service.
