Qualifications

• Proven experience in process development and program coordination within a large-scale program or project environment.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as a business-focused program manager or in a similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-informed approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management, including influencing, negotiating, and building relationships.
• Proven ability to present to leadership with clear recommendations, risks, and status updates.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new processes to streamline operations and improve program efficiency.
• Coordinate program activities with various teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Create, maintain, and update documentation of processes, guidelines, workflows, and best practices.
• Identify areas for process improvement and develop action plans to enhance procedures.
• Engage with leaders to understand business needs and incorporate feedback into design.
• Provide training and ongoing support for new or updated processes.
• Monitor process performance, track metrics, and prepare reports for leadership.
