Job Overview:
The Program Manager Specialist is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of processes for a large-scale program that supports the division and its cross‑functional teams. This role requires a highly organized, business‑focused program manager with a strategic mindset who can create and refine efficient processes that enhance collaboration, productivity, and overall program success. The Program Manager Specialist will work closely with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment, drive timelines, and maintain high standards of execution in a fully onsite environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new processes to streamline operations and improve overall program efficiency across the division.
  • Coordinate program activities by collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment, integration, and consistency of processes.
  • Create, maintain, and continuously update comprehensive documentation of processes, guidelines, workflows, and best practices.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies and action plans to enhance existing processes and procedures.
  • Engage with team leaders and key stakeholders to understand business needs and incorporate feedback into process design and optimization.
  • Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to teams on new or updated processes to ensure smooth adoption and effective execution.
  • Monitor process performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for further optimization.
  • Present process recommendations, status updates, and key findings to leadership and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Drive timelines and deadlines with confidence, ensuring deliverables are met and dependencies are managed across multiple teams.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the program, fostering a culture of operational excellence and accountability.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in process development and program coordination within a large‑scale program or project environment.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience as a business‑focused program manager or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a data‑informed approach to evaluating and improving processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management, including the ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong working relationships.
  • Proven ability to present effectively to leadership, clearly articulating recommendations, risks, and status updates.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to develop, execute, and maintain robust processes and governance frameworks.
  • Experience working in a fully onsite environment and coordinating across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in process management tools and software is preferred and considered a strong plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment while maintaining high quality standards.
  • This is not a technical project manager role; candidates should have a strong business and process focus rather than a technical implementation background.

Pay Range: $70- $80/hr
