Job summary

Omm IT Solutions is seeking a Mid-Level PMO Project Manager to lead large-scale data and digital transformation programs for a major financial services client. This 100% onsite role in McLean, VA will report to the PMO lead and coordinate with data, engineering, and business teams to ensure delivery rigor.

You will drive PMO governance, manage stakeholder communications at the executive level, and translate complex program information into clear decision-ready materials for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or managing large-scale data or digital transformation programs.
• Strong background in PMO leadership and delivery management across complex initiatives.
• Solid understanding of data transformation concepts, including data mapping, profiling, conversion, and testing.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with experience producing executive-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale data and digital transformation programs.
• Own PMO governance, program planning, and execution across multiple work streams.
• Coordinate delivery across data, engineering, and business teams.
• Drive executive-level communications and status updates.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies; drive resolutions.
• Lead change management and adoption initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level program status, insights, and decision materials.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders ensuring transparency and delivery rigor.
