Job Overview:
The Program Manager Specialist is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of processes for a large-scale program that supports the division and its cross-functional teams. This role requires a highly organized, business-focused program manager with a strategic mindset who can create and refine efficient processes that enhance collaboration, productivity, and overall program success. The Program Manager Specialist will work closely with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment, drive timelines, and maintain high standards of execution in a fully onsite environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement new processes to streamline operations and improve overall program efficiency across the division.
• Coordinate program activities by collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment, integration, and consistency of processes.
• Create, maintain, and continuously update comprehensive documentation of processes, guidelines, workflows, and best practices.
• Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies and action plans to enhance existing processes and procedures.
• Engage with team leaders and key stakeholders to understand business needs and incorporate feedback into process design and optimization.
• Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to teams on new or updated processes to ensure smooth adoption and effective execution.
• Monitor process performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for further optimization.

Pay Range: $70- $80/hr
