Job summary

Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking a Program Manager in Williston, VT to lead investigations programs for federal clients onsite.

You will supervise staff, coordinate workloads, ensure compliance with policies, and deliver timely results to the COR. Exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of immigration and criminal justice regulations are required.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of cumulative investigations experience including social media and open source information.
• Two years of supervisory or team-leader experience.
• Knowledge of immigration and criminal justice laws, regulations, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Be onsite and physically present onsite and keep regular business hours as determined by the agency operations.
• Supervise contractor personnel and manage workload and schedules as the primary liaison between the contractor and government.
• Provide guidance to ensure quality and timeliness of work meeting government requirements.
• Ensure adherence to government policies, procedures, and guidelines by contractor personnel.
• Provide statistical information to the contractor and government as needed.
• Share knowledge about research techniques with government employees in training or casework.
• Assign cases according to priority and inform the COR when additional casework is needed.
