Qualifications

• Experience in federal acquisition and program management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the contractor's primary Program Manager and senior acquisition SME, overseeing day-to-day operations, staffing, schedules, milestones, and team performance.
• Lead cradle-to-grave acquisition for complex supplies, services, equipment, and IT—planning, market research, source selection, contract award, administration, and closeout.
• Coordinate with Government COR, TPOC, Contracting Officers, and other personnel as the main contractor liaison.
• Oversee cost/price analysis, Independent Government Estimates, negotiation objectives, and support during negotiations and discussions.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, Navy requirements, and applicable policies; supervise reviews and quality control.
• Lead training, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
