H2 Performance Consulting is seeking a Contract Program Manager to lead task-order execution and quality assurance for a U.S. government client, onsite. The role requires U.S. citizenship and oversight of contract operations.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in executive-level program management, DHS/ICE contract experience, and a PMP-like certification. This contract position emphasizes governance, reporting, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 8+ years of experience overseeing and executive-level management of contracts.
• Direct experience managing DHS, ICE, or other Federal civilian agency contracts.
• Advanced experience with quality assurance, contract compliance, performance metrics, risk management, and corrective actions.
• Experience managing Federal financial management operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost analysis.
• Professional project management certification such as PMP or equivalent.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead task-order execution, administration, quality assurance, deliverables and efficiency.
• Supervise contractor personnel, assign workload, coordinate technical efforts and stakeholder meetings.
• Close actions, provide reports and elevate performance issues as needed.
• Ensure staff follow DHS/ICE rules and safety practices; oversee MIPPS, quality management and customer financial operations.
