Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience, with preference for Banking Domain (Core banking, cards, treasury, payments).
• Experience in transformation, QA to QE, test automation frameworks and tooling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead program strategy, planning and governance across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee program lifecycle from initiation to delivery within budget and schedule.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and escalations with executives and clients.
• Drive process improvements and ensure regulatory/compliance alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and PMOs to deliver outcomes.
