Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ – 5 days a week onsite

Summary of Position

Mphasis is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee multiple programs and projects, ensuring strategic alignment, efficient execution, and delivery of business outcomes. The successful candidate will lead cross functional teams, drive program strategy, represent steering committee, and foster collaboration to achieve end client and organizational objectives and goals.

Candidate should be able to harvest client relationship, and span across areas like program planning, management, operations overseeing all workstreams/ diverse project teams for the overall functioning of the Program.

Overall IT experience of 12+ years. Of which at-least 8+ years of experience in Banking and Financial Industry with good exposure to Core banking, cards services, Treasury, digital payment and financial solutions. Experience of product development, implementation, operationalization for Fintech client. Experience of transformation (QA to QE, Test automation framework, Test automation lifecycle and related tools). Good communication skill and excellent interpersonal skills to be able to manage diverse teams.

• Work in parallel with the program & project managers and ensure that the Client expectations are met
• Leading Steer Co Meetings, secure client approve for major milestones and preparing material for presentations
• Turning high-level company goals into clear, step-by-step program roadmaps.
• Manage and mitigate threats that impact multiple projects, budgets, or regulatory compliance.
• Overseeing multi-million-dollar funds and tracking actual spending against forecasts
• Proving that the money spent results in actual financial or operational gains and client deliverables

• Program Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and execute program strategies, aligning with business objectives.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including program managers, project managers, and technical leads.
• Foster collaboration, provide coaching, and ensure team members' growth.

3. Program Management:

• Oversee program lifecycle, from initiation to delivery.

Details on Roles and Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for planning, organizing and managing the diverse project teams through the Agile/ Hybrid project
• Responsible for tracking project status, progress, KPIs
• Continuous monitoring of Program Status and follow-up with the respective leads on the status
• Coordinate across teams to develop plans, goals, procedures to ensure the processes are streamlined throughout the project lifecycle

• Work with operations (hiring, HR others ) to ensure smooth resource ramp-up as per client needs

• 12 years of overall IT experience with preference in Banking Domain (Core banking, cards, treasury, and payment)
• Transformation experience with Playwright with TypeScript (Strong TypeScript coding experience), BDD automation using Cucumber,.NET Core / .NET Framework applications, API automation using Rest Assured or RestSharp, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI coding assistants, Mobile testing using Appium with cloud platforms, Applitools, Jira integrations (AssertThat BDD, Zephyr, Xray)
