Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering or related engineering discipline.
2–4 years of technical engineering experience in ceramics manufacturing or related fields.
Strong hands-on mechanical aptitude and problem-solving in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Supports manufacturing processes for ceramic materials and related equipment.
Create, update, and maintain work instructions, process specifications, and routings.
Collect and organize production data related to scrap, downtime, and process performance.
Assist engineers with experiments, process trials, and new product introduction.
Set up, test, and maintain tooling, fixtures, gauges, and basic automation.
