OPW, a Dover Corporation company, is seeking a Team Lead onsite at our Whitsett manufacturing facility. This role supervises a diverse production team to ensure high-quality output with safety and efficiency at the forefront.

The position requires an associate degree or equivalent experience and 1–3 years of leadership experience. The Team Lead will conduct safety talks, manage daily tasks, review work-center schedules, and collaborate with maintenance to optimize uptime.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong integrity and ability to work safely.
• Ability to stand for long shifts (up to 10 hours).
• Experience leading teams and communicating clearly to a diverse group.

Responsabilités

• Lead safety toolbox talks and participate in plant safety meetings.
• Perform in-process audits and maintain accurate data boards.
• Assign daily tasks and manage workflow to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with maintenance to optimize machine uptime and performance.
• Lead Kaizen events to reduce waste and improve productivity.
