Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• Must demonstrate integrity and safe working practices.
• Stand for long periods (up to 10 hours).
• 1–3 years of leadership experience in a team lead or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety toolbox talks and participate in safety meetings.
• Review and execute work-center schedules for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to optimize machine uptime.
• Assign daily tasks to operators and manage rework/scrap.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and FIFO/WIP lanes.
• Lead kaizen events to reduce waste and boost productivity.
• Collaborate with training to develop team members.
