Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing manufacturing company in Tulsa to hire a Planner/Scheduler who can drive production efficiency, coordinate resources, and keep projects on schedule.

This onsite, direct-hire role offers the opportunity to work closely with operations leadership, analyze MRP data, and maintain ERP-driven production calendars in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidate has 3+ years planning experience and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing planning, scheduling, or production coordination experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules
• Release and schedule jobs within the ERP system
• Analyze MRP data and support material planning
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and production resources
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed
• Track labor hours and production performance metrics
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production teams
• Enter and maintain customer order information
