Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in manufacturing planning.
• 3–10 years of experience in planning/scheduling.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP/Oracle/Epicor.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master production schedules (MPS) to align with demand forecasts and customer orders.
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Monitor inventory levels across multiple inventory management systems to optimize stock availability and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
• Utilize demand planning techniques and forecasting analysis to anticipate production needs accurately.
• Manage production scheduling within manufacturing systems to maximize efficiency while adhering to lead times and capacity constraints.
• Analyze Excel data and spreadsheets for production data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate production plans, resolve scheduling conflicts, and implement lean manufacturing principles for process improvement.
