Responsibilities

• Create job orders with accurate quantities, due dates, and lead times to meet demand.
• Create transfer orders to ensure timely material delivery between facilities.
• Monitor capacity and demand at each work center to keep schedules achievable.
• Schedule and oversee customer orders on the production floor.
• Identify inventory shortages and coordinate with Purchasing or Sales to reschedule deliveries.
• Assist in timely job transaction reporting to support cost structure and profitability.
