Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Master Planner to own production planning and scheduling from start to finish. This role translates customer demand into a master production schedule while balancing capacity, materials, inventory, and priorities on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and an excellent communicator who can collaborate with Operations, Purchasing, Engineering, and Sales to maintain schedule integrity and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in production planning or master scheduling in manufacturing
• 3+ years direct Master Planner/Master Scheduler experience
• Strong knowledge of MPS, MRP, capacity planning, inventory management
• Experience using ERP/MRP in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS)
• Own planning from demand through production and shipment
• Analyze capacity, material availability, labor, and equipment constraints
• Monitor progress and identify delays, shortages, or risks
• Collaborate with Operations, Purchasing, Engineering, and Sales
• Maintain planning data in the ERP/MRP system
• Balance customer requirements with inventory and capacity
• Adjust schedules as priorities or conditions change
• Track schedule attainment, inventory, capacity, and on-time delivery
• Lead planning projects and process improvements
• Identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate changes clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Serve as central point of contact for planning activities
