Job summary

ABB Installation Products Inc. is seeking a Master Schedule Planner to create and maintain detailed production schedules from the production plan. Onsite role in Mebane, NC, releasing work orders and performing daily MRP to meet delivery schedules.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing, strong data analysis, and experience coordinating multiple schedules with a focus on on-time delivery and capacity planning. Must be able to work with project managers and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing setting applicable to scheduling.
• Strong communication with project managers on status and delivery dates.
• Experience coordinating multiple production schedules for MV, LV, SWGR is a plus.
• Solid data analysis and reporting to support decisions.
• Experience inventory control and material availability management.
• Knowledge of logistics scheduling and delivery management.
• Ability to handle orders from receipt to on-time fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains a detailed production schedule from the production plan.
• Releases manufacturing work orders.
• Executes daily plant-level MRP to meet schedules.
• Sets sequence and lead times to meet shipment dates.
• Monitors schedule adherence and drives improvements.
• Communicates capacity and material issues to planners.
