Job summary

ABB is seeking a detail-oriented Production Scheduler to generate and maintain a detailed production schedule based on the production plan. You will execute daily MRP to align production requirements with capacity and material availability, and release manufacturing work orders to meet delivery dates.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, SAP/ERP experience, and effective communication across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain a detailed production schedule from the production plan.
Execute daily plant-level Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) to meet production delivery schedules.
Establish sequence and lead times of each operation to meet master schedule/plan.
Monitor schedule adherence, identify root causes for deviation, and implement follow-up improvements.
Release manufacturing work orders.
