Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations on-site at the supplier's Conklin, NY facility. You will ensure the line adheres to 5S standards and quality requirements while coordinating with Project Managers to address deviations and maintain schedules.

The role emphasizes lean manufacturing, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with cross-functional teams; aerospace exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Production Management or Manufacturing Operations in high-volume or regulated settings.
• Familiar with electronic subassemblies, shop-floor management and data automation.
• BSc/MSc in Engineering; aerospace exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct Production Oversight & Floor Control on-site at the supplier's Conklin facility.
• Schedule & Resource Management to ensure realistic yield and material availability.
• Production Line Capacity & Continuous Improvement with up-to-date run-at-rate data.
• Supplier PM Support & Cross-Functional Coordination to align teams.
• Transparent Reporting with weekly dashboards for management.
