Confidential is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to oversee the technical management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Lamination Assembly production lines. This role blends hands-on problem solving with office-based engineering tasks to support line planning and process development.

You will collaborate with operations, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams to resolve production and quality issues, implement lean initiatives, and enhance safety, cost, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting manufacturing processes, production equipment, process improvement, or industrial engineering activities.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical aspects and continuous improvement of production lines in Lamination Assembly.
• Support line planning and process development; resolve production and quality issues.
• Drive lean initiatives to improve safety, quality, cost, and performance.
• Maintain clear Standard Work Instructions and technical documentation.
